It's a nice break from a mall shoe store, where the service is hampered by low wages and lack of interest.
The only thing to improve is the tone of voice/professionalism on the phone - but most customers understand that some team members are older and more brisk. -

That's how comfortable they are! Make the drive downtown, wait in line for Michelle and get ready to love shoe shopping again. Best customer service and that's why I am a returning customer... for LIFE!
