Towards Recovery John St Clinic

Great clinic pharmacy. Dr. Langlois is great, he was my Dr. for several years. Unfortunately the staff of the clinic (not the pharmacy) don't always want to do their job and the clinic gets a bad name. I couldn't get into the clinic this day, and I said I would come in on the Tuesday (the Monday was a civic holiday) so if I couldn't get a script on that day (a Saturday) then on the Tuesday I would have to restart. I had all my carrys at that point, and had them for several months. I will take responsibility for my part, but basically telling someone "too bad you don't get anything so you're going to be sick this weekend and restart when you come back" Not compassionate, or kind.
So I went to a different clinic and I'm very happy that I did! I love the clinic I'm at now.

Some doctors better than others. Pharmacy staff is great.

I am in Hamilton for one of my sons spinal surgery’s and only took 2 weeks worth of medication and started to get anxious about running out and having no way to travel to Kitchener from Hamilton I started looking for clinics and realized that there was a TRC clinic just a few km from the Ronald McDonald house where I am staying, so I called and asked if I could come visit and refill my meds and if they had me on file, yes indeed, so Wednesday around 1:30 pm I went to see the amazing wonderful friendly staff, talked to Dr Demarco and refilled my meds with a old friend who filled in at my clinic as pharmacist years ago, I am just so thankful that I was made to feel welcome and treated with upmost respect, next Wednesday I will be at this clinic again and feel good that I am in awesome hands, if you’re in need to start treatments and be free of opioids and the sicknesses the clinic on 14 John st is where you need to be You won’t regret getting your life back, And if you are in a different town or city Look for the TRC clinics and you will be in the best of hands I guarantee

Been going there for years! Never had a problem. They do there best to help you. It's up to the client to fully succeed from your addiction

The staff and doctots are the best in the world! They treat their patients with such care, loyalty and never have anything bad to say given any situation. They're always willing to help and I'm proud theyre apart of my recovery journey.
