Renee was super helpful and answered all my question. The one gentleman works there is a bit dishonest and honestly does not have the best customer service skills but Renee answered all of my questions within about 5 minutes and quoted me a price and tried to work within my budget. It was 100$ more than I wanted to spend but I'm not upset about it at all. He was extremely polite and tried to make sure I got everything I needed with the guitar. He immediately identified the relevant work that needed to be done and explained to me what he'd ask his tech to do on my behalf and was not pushy at all with the sale. I will definitely bring my guitar in now and left the store in a good mood. I would of gave 5 stars but I just can't with the previous employee's attitude that I spoke with. The previous employee didn't even let me ask my questions or let me tell him about all the work I thought needed to be done. I'm just going to assume he's having a bad week and some things are going on maybe in his personal life (or something to that effect). He also lied and said I was trying to get an amp for free, and all I asked is if he would consider throwing in the setup to help me out (as I know it's only 15 minutes of work), and even offered to bundle in some products. But that's okay, no big deal.
