I Highly recommend this company. I had my pool put in 2 years ago and Dillon(the Owner) and his staff were unbelievable friendly funny. From the start Dillon listened to what I wanted and gave me the pool I've been dreaming of for over 20 years. Dillon even went above what I ask for. I had quotes from other pool company's but the why Dillon talk to me and told me the best way for me to go and help me understand how the auto pool cover works. My first year I think I text and called Dillon a hundred times and he was there to answer all my question until now I can text or call Dillon and he would answer right away or get right back to me.

Highly recommend contracting this company. This summer I had several quotes for liner replacement. I decided to go with Innovative Concepts. The owner - Dillon was honest and discussed all details that might influence final cost. I could sense that Dillon was honest and a man who was proud of his company and its reputation.
Dillon and his crew began the work on the dates earlier agreed to and completed the work on time. My pool is a bit older and therefore some additional minor work was necessary. Dillon provides cost effective solutions and completed all work. Dillon and his crew are very respectful, considerate and professional. I am so pleased that I decided to have Innovative Concepts restore my tires old pool. It looks like new again and My family loves it!

We used Innovative Concepts for service and repair at our home in Oakville this past spring. Dillon found issues we were not aware off and was able to guide us through the necessary repairs. Honestly leaving us feeling he had only our interest as his first priority. All repairs were done superbly and we hired him to supply and install a new winter cover. Again he did as quoted installed when promised and we would not hesitate to use them for all future work.
