I joined Morgan Kate Fitness almost a year ago and I love working out. But with my current job being on the road all the time and arriving home exhausted, not having the time to create new workouts or the time to go to the gym. (Note: I used to workout at the gym for an hour and half). When I met with Morgan, she explained that our workout classes were only 30 minutes each and I was a bit nervous thinking maybe that wasn't enough time. But talking with her made me feel that she knew what she was talking about. She was knowledgable about this and I know my soul was also screaming to start working out again. Sure enough, 8 months later, I feel amazing, stronger and confident in my own skin. I love the creativity that Morgan and her team brings to class, it's always a surprise! Another thing I wanted to mention, I'm Deaf and usually people have trouble accommodating me, Morgan was different. She instantly accommodated by providing visual notes (they were really helpful) and then she and Chelsea both started learning signs so that I can be able to fully participate as equally as any other females could at the gym. I'm extremely grateful for the support I have received and for the results. This is my new lifestyle and going to her daily does my heart and soul good. Thank you Morgan and Chelsea. You're all amazing at what you do!
Morgan Kate Fitness is revolutionary in modern society with respects to female fitness. She understands today's demands on women and has developed work outs to meet our demanding daily schedules with 30 minute functional training classes. I am able to fit work outs in on my most hectic days. Additionally, the workouts not only make you feel stronger and healthier physically; but make you feel empowered in other areas of your life as well. Morgan Kate is very selective in whom she hires and has created a team of women that are focused on empowering women, physically, emotionally, and even spiritually. Furthermore, the small group sizes allows you to feel like your working one-on-one with a personal trainer while simultaneously making you feel like you are apart of a team working towards common goals. If you are considering trying a health program that is female focused with transformational results; than I highly recommend trying a free class!
I love working out at Morgan Kate Fitness! It's helped me finally become consistent with my workouts and I really like the small group format. The coaches, Morgan, Ruth, and Chelsea, are all amazing to work with, and very knowledgeable about fitness!
Morgan is not just an incredible trainer who truly understands the unique challenges women face (especially post baby!) but she is also a genuine, passionate person who takes the time to know her clients and tailor their training. The other trainers at the studio are equally as personable and attentive to client needs. You will not regret training at Morgan Kate Fitness.
I was struggling with motivation (as I always do in the winter time) and found this program. I absolutely love it! I love the small class sizes, the encouraging atmosohere, and the support with meal planning. I'm excited for the classes and I just feel better overall. Morgan is quick to reply to questions and has created a very positive and fun community!
