It's been approxly 4 months since getting our new Aspen spa and being associated with the owner Jorge, what can I say more about the friendly and knowledgeable service I get each time I come for a visit. Jorge set us up with Spa Marvel, it's an all natural and very easy. One whole bottle for 90 days worth of treatment.

I would highly recommend Steel City discount spas to all my friends and family. From the moment we stepped in the store, to the amazing after care/support you get once your spa arrives is a class above the rest.

My husband and I purchased our hot tub here and also had our old one removed from steel City Discount Spas. Everything went perfectly as planned. Our next step was to have the water tested for the perfect set up. Jorge was great! He was very helpful with his knowledge of water treatment. He was also very patient with my lack of knowledge with water treatment, he explained everything to me me to help me understand.. Our hot tub is now up and running and our water treatment program is great thanks to Jorge

Approximately 1 month ago I purchased a spa from Steel City Discount Spas. I had been to a few different spa and pool stores and ended my search with an Aspen Spa hot tub. When I walked into the store I was greeted by Jorge the owner. He was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, like we had already known eachother. Jorge was extremely informative and made sure that all of my questions were answered. I am thrilled with my new tub and could not have asked for a better shopping experience.
