Unbelievable focus on customer satisfaction! We had a minor return of the carpenter bees. Shortly after I reported it, they were on their way. The technician fought his way through a massive traffic jam and a torrential rainstorm to do an up-close respray of the area where they had reappeared. It took him all of 15 minutes to do the free followup at our home but it took it him several hours to get here. He phoned twice to apologize for the delay and to ask how the weather was manifesting itself at our site versus where he was (as spraying in the pouring rain is a sketchy endeavour). He said he would happily return of there was any sign of the issue again.

I called Aanteater Pest Control for a bat problem. Laura was very helpful, professional and calming. An appointment was scheduled and Kya (sorry for the spelling) arrived. Professional, friendly and thorough. He checked points of entry and made some excellent recommendations for me to further "bat-proof" my home. Thank you. Aanteater was great! They came to deal with carpenter bee destruction along the roofline of our house that exceeds 40 ft. in height and has a grade to boot, making ladders really hard to use. They took stock and determined that they'd do a better job at less cost to us using a high-pressure delivery system from the ground rather than the usual short shot with multiple ladder moves. They came back as promised a few days later and did the job quickly and effectively (no sign of carpenter bees since). The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. Their long warranty gave us peace of mind.

I was pleased with my service from this company, in dealing with carpenter ants. Everyone was very friendly, prompt at returning phone calls, and knowledgeable. If I ever have need of them again, I would definitely call them. I would also recommend them.

It was 4 months ago, justed happened before a family day, because the raccoon, we have to sleep at the living room for 3 nights. Thank you for your help, I am so happy to pay for the service. Good job.
