(May 23, 2019, 9:48 pm)I had a flat tire. I had no Spear because Hybrids don't come with a spear. CAA was prompt and efficient. But more to the point, the gentleman, Richard, who showed up was outstanding. Incredibly patient and accommodating. He absolutely went above and beyond in my opinion. I don't go out of my way to write a review, good or bad, usually. But Richard deserves a shout out. I couldn't be more impressed honestly. Thanks to CAA and Richard specifically.....He deserves a raise. :-)
