Worst Client experience with the Mississuaga store. I visited the store to purchase a gaming desk and a computer monitor for my condo. Since I live in a condo I had to be careful about its measurements due to space constraints. I asked the associate about its return & exchange policy if it doesn't fit or if any parts are missing once opened. He went inside to check with the manager named Phillip. This gentle man came out and said once the box opens it becomes not returnable & we cannot honor return. I asked him then how are you selling open boxes on your website, they must have been returned by some unsatisfied customer for some reason. He had no answer to my query and he dismissively repeated the same return policy. He did not even take any initiative to offer me any other options rather repeated the same thing again & again. It felt like a dismissive & disrespectful attitude towards a customer walking into the store. He made me feel like an unworthy customer. I would never shop at this store ever.

I never write reviews but these guys deserve it. They went way beyond what was required, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful too. Andrew is the ****ing man!!! Thank you so much.

Excellent quality, professional service and support with knowledgeable sales staff, and customer service all brought together as a team effort with support of their professional team members lead by experienced managers whom ensure that you receive the best of care for all your computer needs. I personally have been a customer for years now and have nothing but the best to say about how I've been treated while shopping for my computer needs. It's about respect and it's a two way street, you've got to give it to receive it. Now that they've consladed into one main store on the mountain it makes it easier for me to shop there with my disability. Try them out I think you'll be pretty pleased with the service!

Very helpful staff. Knowledgeable and friendly. Selection and stock quantities are okay, but the component manufacturers they carry are quality. Emphasis on the great support provided by the staff.

I wish I can rate them 6/5 stars... Super helpful staff especially Harry! Came in right around closing (I didn't know!) and they were more than willing to do a price protect and everything!

Excellent service, knowledgeable staff and very friendly. Top notch!!. Purchased a Corsair Carbide 240 build that CC was more than happy to put together for me. They said it would be a 48 turnaround that actually ended up being less than 36 hours. I was very impressed. Keep up the great work everyone. I will definitely be coming back for future builds.
