I was very pleased with every thing when i visited this location , the staff were great , professional , knowledgeable, and very accommodating . I was very hesitant about getting hearing aids but the whole experience has been great and showed me just how bad my hearing was due to working in an industrial environment all my life. I was the first of our group of guys who work in the Electrical industry to bite the bullet and get my hearing aids. They have made a significant difference in my quality of life, and my friends are now are also going to get hearing aids after questioning me about my indoctrination to them and the benefits of getting them . I recommended this location to them, as my experience here was a good one.

I visited ListenUp with my mother who was very anxious about the getting another pair of hearing aids and going through the process again. The Technician "Jess" was simply awesome with my mom, very patient and kind. She now wears her new aids everyday and even forgets she has them in as they're so comfortable!! She is over the moon about these new hearing aids. I highly recommend ListenUp!

Clinic was clean, staff friendly and welcoming. Answer all questions. Worked with Jessalyn Talia and she was very helpful going over everything and open to all questions from both my husband and myself. Receptionist very welcoming. My overall experience was very good.
