Precision Physiotherapy - Hamilton Mountain

My experience here has been great. When I scheduled my initial appointment I had been experiencing sharp pains on the ulnar side of my right wrist which were making lifting even light objects difficult. After a few sessions of laser treatment and a regimen of light exercises for my wrist, the issue has almost completely disappeared. The staff here was very professional and personable. I would highly recommend Precision Physiotherapy.

"Simple walking or doing weights would hurt my knee and I could not kneel on the ground without pain. "So I started with 2 partial tears in my left shoulder that prohibited me from any physical activity and caused a great deal of pain. After a few visits I learned how to properly stretch the shoulder to regain range of motion. I also received tens and laser treatment that helped a lot By the end of 10 visits I was feeling about 60% better, and now 2 weeks later I feel about 80% better. I now know not to rush the recovery but am back to golfing, careful in the gym , and enjoying my life again! My experience here was very positive. The staff are very friendly and positive and made me feel comfortable. Coming into physio I was unable to put a lot of pressure on my right leg, or even do squats. Now I am able to have the full function of my leg and the strength has come back as well.
