It's Tim Hortons! Ok, it's not the best coffee, but it is a Hamilton staple. A few strange menu items have appeared. I find the food products, donuts, etc., have been steadily getting worse. Nothing is fresh anymore. I get my coffee and go.

Like I said before not the best the one in Hagersville Ontario is the worst one I’ve ever been to know if you go to the one in Cayuga It’s the best one I’ve ever been to so it’s a tossup

Susan the assistant manager, was very pushy about the rewards card after I said I didn’t want to use it I asked for my chilli for here and it wasn’t for here which is fine she was not super friendly to me personally and she wasn’t sure about the tills... decent experience. I’ve been to nicer Tim Hortons
