The team here is wonderful. Have always been greeted with enthusiasm. I’ve found it easy to park in the early morning hours of the day when dropping in to see my massage therapist. The inside is always clean and the people are Pro’s helping people recover or improve their overall health. If you need a spot to improve drop in here to see.

I love going here, they are so helpful, give great advice and really look out for you. I have tried the physiotherapy, chiropractors and massage therapy. I can feel the benefits and my body feels great!

The strength and improvement in my lower back from a work related injury is amazing over a short period of time. I have been taught how to use proper body mechanics, stretch the right muscles the right way, and feel well educated about how to prevent further injury.

I listen closely when staff give me advice. They review my exercise routine to be sure I am working at maximum effort, but without pain. They are diligent and consistent with each client I have seen come in for treatment.

Exercise and working out are not at the top of my 'fun' list, but I have been motivated to improve because of the care I get at Advanced ~ Thanks!
