great food but the employees the females are very rude!. first 2 times I have a problem with my mashed potatoes I didnt complain but Sunday just past same thing happened so I called to complain n was passed from employee to employee when all I asked for was to speak witha supervisor or manager ... I order the 32 dollar special and always ask for no gravy to substitute it with mashed potatoes with NO GRAVY AS WELL. I get home low n behold gravy is on the mashed. remember this is the 3rd time now in less than 2 months. all I wanted was to be credited got a plain mashed potatoe next time my family comes. I got absolutely nowhere with them. I will be making a visit to speak with a manager during the week and I have some free time. the food, however, is usually hot n fresh only a few times the fries were cold n soggy or the biscuits were hard as rock. otherwise our family loves this place. hope they can retrain these employees in how to deal with customer complaints accordingly.

Great tasting chicken. This was our first time at Popeyes. Food is a little greasy but tastier than KFC. Really enjoyed the shrimp and Cajun fries. We asked for half spicy and half mild chicken but only given mild.
