A good friend has a one bedroom apartment here and its very nice. The building is fairly new and is clean and well maintained. It has on site laundry facilities on the first floor as well as a cafe and meeting rooms. The apartments have dishwashers and walk in showers. Bus service close by and some stores within walking distance with Victoria park nearby.
If not for Scott; the friendly caretaker/cleaner/fixer extraordinare, my family member here wouldn't enjoy their life in this building.
The low level - actual labor - staff are excellent. The management needs to be cleaned out and re-organized. It's sad how they consistantly bully these seniors into situations. Let alone how they ostrisize anyone whom brings up issues with them.
Its sad, they must pay off the city or something... The honest truth is the management needs work.
