(September 9, 2020, 5:29 pm)Good deal for students. Wifi finally works, your own fridge, decent parking, homeless people camped out behind the dumpster, decent closet space and walls thick enough that you can't hear exactly what your neighbors are shouting about. Very family friendly!

Spacious rooms each with full size fridge, cleaning service for common areas every week, close to amenities, go bus, grocery stores etc. Only problem is sometimes the parking gets full cause outsiders might use it, which is normal for that type of area. Other than that, great place to live
(October 29, 2018, 6:57 pm)I have been living at Dundurn for the last 4 years and loved it!!! I will be moving out at the end of October as I have finished school. Always had great people living in the house.
