Quick, friendly and professional service. I don't know how much locksmiths are supposed to cost but the rates seemed reasonable to me. Hopefully I won't need a locksmith again soon, but I know who I'll call if I do.

I tried for 2 days to get this door open and nothing worked. The locksmith (Roy) came as and in less than 2 minutes the door was open. He was professional, friendly, and helpful. Extremely knowledgeable about the door and left no scratches. The door was a privacy lever door and there was absolutely no way that I was going to get it open without his help. Highly recommend!

I just finished up using this service (11:30 am on a Tuesday) to unlock my car, as I amazingly managed to drop my key fob into the car as I was closing the door. I’ll give five stars, because the attendant was very polite and was quickly able to unlock my car at my workplace. We had a communication issue (bad phone connection) where the gentleman on the phone didn’t hear me correctly about where I was located and once he arrived at my workplace, he informed me that there was additional cost for the trip across the river. I wasn’t especially happy, but the owner very much cares about his customer’s satisfaction and word of mouth goes a long way in this business. He offered to waive the additional fee, as it was an honest mistake and I very much appreciated this effort. Not many businesses would do that sort of thing and it goes a long way in my opinion. With that said, I would repeat as a customer, knowing that they’ll do right by me and again, the attendant was quite proficient at his work and was very personable to deal with. I enjoyed our interaction, despite the billing complication; they worked it out in the end and I leave the interaction feeing positive about the whole thing. Thanks again!

I happen to live pretty far from my workplace. It takes me about an hour and a half to get home. A couple of weeks ago I arrived home, only to realize I forgot my house keys at work! It was rather late at night, but speedlock seemed to be working so I called them to help me out. The professional and serviceable technician arrived earlier than expected and helped me unlock my house very quickly. Thanks a lot, guys!
