Great staff, well trained and smaller classes..love it!!
This was my first pilates class ever and I loved it! The movements were focused on such precise muscle engagements, afterwards I was sore in places I'm sure I haven't worked out for ages. There was so much shaking and muscle awakening, I'll definitely be back for more!
