(February 2, 2019, 5:02 pm)Amazing park, we went on the wrong day when it was a lightning chance. For this reason the park was closed after 4 hours. This made us a little upset but we can’t stop Mother Nature. But the park compensated by giving the entire park a never expiring pass for another 8 hours! This was definitely the right move to make as I will be returning due to the managements understanding.
(January 24, 2019, 1:14 am)Lovely water park. It was enjoyed by all. Clean & well maintained. Heavily staff with lifeguards. Felt safe & well looked after. Plenty to play on. Standard expensive eats. Bring your own lunch.
(December 8, 2018, 5:45 pm)Dropped off kids to play ball hockey. Nice facility tons of parking. But the root is not all that well marked out. Trying to navigate it in the dark at night is a bit of a challenge. Lots of twists and turns not much signage giving you feeling of not knowing if you are going the right way. Watch our for speed bumps they are killer slow down to a stop to navigate them. Lighting is almost non existent unless the moon is out. Or maybe they installed all the lighting at the ball hockey rink because it is very well lit up. It is fan friendly as sight lines are very good. Very nice facility.
(November 21, 2018, 6:57 pm)Great water park! I’m from Arizona so I’m a bit biased on what a waterpark should have but overall the kids had a great time and the cabana rentals were awesome. Water was a bit Chili the day we went... and staff were very confused on how to let our guests into the cabanas when arriving at different times. But overall it was a great experience

Due to the significant staffing investment that will be mobilized to ensure the pleasurable experience campers expect, the day camp coordinator is required to call Wild Waterworks (905-547-6141 ext. 5302) by 9 am of the morning of the booking should there be a change by the camp that results in the campers not attending the water park.
