Exceptional Customer Sevice, Thanks Nahrain!

I am a regular customer. Fido at the centre in Hamilton.The store is clean and well stocked and maintained.The staff is friendly and efficient and knowledgeable about the products.Nahrain is my information and communication specialist. I find the support staff excellent and efficient when I am not home and traveling. Accounts personal are cooperative and understanding. I am frequently late paying because of travel. This organization and the people are first rate.When I make the store to pay bills or inquire about technology the answers are there.

Its amazing. Fido is part of Rogers yet its 100% better than Rogers for service and customer satisfaction. They actually take care of the customer.

I am a long term Fido user. I have not been in the store before.

We were greeted immediately by Katie. She was warm, positive, and it was very clear that she knew her stuff.

She replaced my chip at no charge and even helped me charge my new phone, which, by the way, I did NOT buy on Fido.

Great store; great gal!

Feb. 17/18 Katie rocked it again by replacing my missing phone for $100. Even better than the last one. Gal knows her stuff!
