if you're specifically looking for vodka coolers and hard cider products, the centre mall location has the best selection and most consistent supply of all the locations in hamilton. very rare that they run out of the above mentioned products. it sometimes happens but less often then everywhere else. their cold fridge selection for the coolers, ciders and a variety of other beer products make it real easy to enjoy your chilled beverages right away when you get home.

of course centre mall has a good selection of everything else that the typical lcbo store would carry. combine that with the vast majority of their staff being polite and efficient, (they unfortunately like any other workplace, have a couple of bad apples that should not be in retail if they are allergic to dealing with the public lmfao), excellent extended hours so that the public is afforded every opportunity to buy what they need...and there shouldn't be any need for the government to have a discussion about dismantling the lcbo/changing the system as it is retail-wise.

I've visited here a few times and always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I mainly shop for beer and find the selection has improved each time I've been. Whoever orders the beer is doing a good job. Keep up the great work!

My understanding of the merchandising standards is that if you (hypothetical) were to label your selves with the sale price $6.95 but Your merchandiser puts a full flat of a different product at a different price point, let's say $9.95 What is your procedure for when a customer points this out to you? Or expects the product to be the same price as what the Shelf reads? What is your staff instructed to do ?

Always a great store. Good vintages selection. Very convenient location

This LCBO is the busiest! The parking lot is very busy most of the time. If you part in the front you will be stuck trying to get out for way too long. Other than that the store is clean and well stocked. The staff are usually nice and will make suggestions if you ask for advice.
