Always happy to recommend Shiptons! Our 6 year old A/C quit working on a very hot, humid day. Within 2 hours of contacting their office, a technician arrived. He quickly found the problem and carried out repairs. The office staff & technicians always provide the best customer service, always helpful & efficient. There is a reason why they have been in business for more than 90yrs.!!

Our air conditioner stopped working on the hottest day of the year. From the time we first called to the time our air conditioning was back on was 1.5 hours. I cannot say enough how amazing this experience was. The technician Scott MacFarlane knew what the issue was in seconds, gave a detailed breakdown of all costs (which were very affordable), and came out on a Saturday night to fix it. Thank you so much Shipton's for turning what we thought would be a frustrating experience into a great one.

Couldn't be more happy with our new a/c unit installed today by Matt and Chris. Great guys, explained everything and did an exceptional job. I would most definitely recommend Shipton's to anyone I know. There is a reason that they have been around for 95 years.

Also can't forget about Kyle our sales guy and Jordan who came out first to inspect our extremely old a/c unit.

Our Service Technician Justin was very professional, on time (actually early), very knowledgeable & efficient. He spent the time to investigate the problem thoroughly & was able to fix our air conditioner. We were so pleased we didnt have to get a new unit!! He explained everything, was respectful, personable & a pleasure to deal with. My husband & I would highly recommend Shipton's to anyone.

We recently had our ducts cleaned through Clean Air Solutions. Our initial point of contact was via telephone. Cheryl was very friendly and was happy to answer my questions. She quickly found an appointment time that worked with my schedule. As a service that we can not immediately evaluate, this review is based solely on our customer service experience. Clean Air Solutions sent Jordan H. from Shipton's Heating and Cooling Ltd. to be our technician. Jordan was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Based on his experience he provided helpful tips about our ducts as well as our air conditioner. He also encouraged us to contact Clean Air Solutions should we have an additional questions or comments. We were very satisfied with the level of customer service Clean Air Solutions and Shipton's Heating and Cooling provided.
