Best place to buy tools !

Been going here for years. The staff help here is the best in any construction hardware/tool store. Really knowledgeable and honest. Always a great time coming to Tegs and leave with a smile. Have bought many many tools over the years here. Great comparable prices to the big box stores, but better selection. Tools one wouldn't find at big box stores. Keep up the good work and thanks for all the great service over the years.

Always add fun time and the guys know a answer to every question. Delt with a guy name Jeremy he was great.

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to look things up for me and answer all my questions. I did feel a little uncomfortable with the sales guy trying to sell me a far more expensive and unnecessary combination of power tools when I really only wanted one cordless drill.

Vast selection of tools. Large power tools priced appropriately, very good sales from time to time. Hand tools and smaller items can vary from appropriately priced to highly priced but it is what it is, they have margins to work within. Jeremy was the best but he's gone. Owner is very nice. Most of the other workers have zero clue what's going on or know much about the tools (understanding that people are imperfect and can be difficult to train in any industry) makes them slightly easier to deal with. One worker at rymal location was particularly rude on one occasion. The one downtown one is very good. Try to avoid either after 5:00 p.m as they close at 5:30 but due to large selection of outdoor items once they start bringing them in a lot will be inaccessible.
