Always had professional, personable service here by all staff members. They make me feel heard and do all they can to heal.

This is a walk-in as well as family practice. At check-in, the receptionist told me an hour wait and it was just less than that. I had read the review about the bloody, snotty tool and was a little nervous, but the same doctor was polite, professional, clean and thorough. He used the light tool and swapped the tips and discarded after use. He was very thorough in his questioning about medications and history before prescribing medication. All in all a pretty good clinic experience.

Can't express how much doctor Bassam helped me out when I had no where else to turn. Very kind man made me feel very comfortable and didn't make me feel judged like a lot of doctors do. Very clean office they even do the blood work there and there's a pharmacy. He even took me and my family on as patients. Nurse is great also very organized never long wait times.
