Haven’t received my order yet, as I just completed my transaction, but dealing with Sean over the past few months has been a pleasant experience. There are so many available products for sale that it was very challenging to make a final decision, but Sean was knowledgeable and patient with me.
I will update this review when I receive my 500E embroidery machine and my 9450!

I currently have five machines from him (just bought a new cylinder industrial)
I also have ALL my sewing supplies from Nova..I am a loyal person and when someone treats me as exceptionally as Nova does, they deserve every dime I have to spend on sewing supplies.
Thank you for great machines and outstanding service...as long as I am sewing, Nova will be the only place I shop..just wish they sold fabric too..then it really would be ‘one stop shopping ‘
