Never judge a book by its cover is true for Rim Ram Autos Sales. Adam was amazing with assisting with any questions I had. He went above and beyond any sales rep I have ever dealt with regarding helping me chose the right options financially, as well as he was informative with other information needed. Be patient with Adam he runs this place himself running all errands and doing what he can to make sure the sale of the vehicle goes perfect!! I strongly recommend stopping by his lot if you are browsing the market because he may have what you need on or off that lot plus he is a real honest sales person (which is hard to find these days!) Thank you Adam for being a great honest salesman I will be back when I need an upgrade :)

When I first seen the lot, I thought it was a small dealership and I didn’t think I’d find a suitable vehicle for my son. But Adam was very sweet to help me out with choosing the right car as there were other customers in the dealer he was assisting. He took his time to tell us about the cars and that made it easy to pick out the right car. The prices were great and in great condition too. My son is super happy with his car and has no problems with it. Thank you Adam!

I was very apprehensive about going to a dealer seeing I've always bought privately. Came across an amazing deal on a Honda and drove down to Hamilton and checked it out. The lot was kind of small but all the cars were in superb condition. Adam put me at ease with no pressure and let me decide if the car was right for me. After giving me so many assurances , I could not refuse this amazing deal. He had the car plated and ready to go for me the next day on a Sat long weekend. This guy goes extremely out of his way for you to be 100% satisfied. Not only did he throw in an extended warranty in the deal but he threw in a nice set of Hankook tires after I complained about the noise the old ones were making on the road. Adam is definitely a man of integrity and true to his word. He made the whole nerve wracking experience of buying a used car a very simple and pleasant one. I would recommend anyone to this place that wants a quality vehicle at a great price with no hidden fees and without the fear of getting stuck with a lemon. It was definitely worth the drive to Hamilton!

I 100% recommend purchasing a car from here! The owner was very nice and friendly. Very affordable prices for nice cars. The process was easy and quick, and he was very nice at accommodating my requests. Seemed like they value their customers.
