Great job on the body work! Great communication with the front desk. Rental was ready & waiting. Truck was ready a day early. Would definitely go back, if I had too!

Staff (front desk and mechanics) are friendly and honest. They were clear about what needed to be done and why, answered all of my questions, and worked to get me the best price possible. They went above and beyond and made me feel great about taking my vehicle there!

I was so impressed by my whole experience at CSN. From the girls arranging my car rental, keeping me in the loop along the way on my accident repairs and the final product. Thank you. Highly recommend & I have been to many collision centres over the years!!!!

The front desk staff was very easy to work with, they were very organized & helped me make a claim w my insurance company. Everything in that regard was very straightforward. I waited while the chip in my windshield was being sealed. I certainly didn’t mind, they have a comfortable wait room. My 2 year old had toys to play w & colouring books. There were beverages. They were very efficient & were finished when they said they would be. Very friendly staff. I would highly recommend them!

My expecrations were exceeded with gold standard service and further enhanced with the two particular staff members Janet and Cheryl. I required a new back bumper on my Mercedes. The repair was completed to perfection and in a timely expeditious manner.

The rental car arrangements were made by Janet . It was Charger. She reviewed with me in the parking lot everything I would need to know about the car.

Dundas Valley Collision is the only place that I would ever get my car repaired. I highly recommend the establishment and all the wonderful people.
