We are thankful that we recently chose Granite By Design to provide the countertops for our new home. They were very professional and extremely prompt with every aspect of the project and we are very satisfied with the work that they performed. Had a fantastic experience with these guys today. I needed to make an adjustment to my granite counter tops, which I did not buy from Granite by Design (they where in the house when we bought it). The crew came out, on time, with a call to say they would be at my house soon, helped me remove my old cooktop. They cut the new opening in the granite for my new stove and finished the edges off so it looks nice. They noticed the counter top was a bit loose, so they said they would fix it. Turns out the counter top was not even attached to the cabinets. They levelled it off and shimmed it, and glued the entire counter in place.
They also cut a new opening for a water faucet it was adding.
Super crew of guys. They had a mat to keep my floors clean, were very polite and kind. They tidied up the dust from cutting the granite and apologized for making a mess.
We will definitely be calling them for any more of our stone needs.
