Saw Dr. Lemckert this morning. Very thorough doctor. He was calm and explained everything to me. I did not feel rushed at all. The nurse even encouraged me not to rush through my appointment and ask to discuss all my questions and concerns. Dr. Lemckert was very caring and gentle during the scope procedure - even when I jumped out of my seat and grabbed his arm. His nurses and reception staff are very warm and welcoming. It is not often you get such care with a specialist. Five stars.

Dr Lemckert saved my face !!!!!!!! I had a infection/reaction that was done by another dr and when I had the complications I was treated poorly and felt completely helpless my face was swelling every morning worse every day my derma filler lumps were getting bigger and I was so confused and scared with no explanation other then to wait it out .. Then I contacted Michelle (staff member ) at the office and she had all the right things to say kept me calm and reassured me that Dr Lemckert would take care of me , they took me right away I was prescribed antibiotics with a follow up then another medication with a follow up and my face stated to come back to normal rapidly ... He made me feel like I mattered and that he would fix me with all the possibilities good and bad that may come .. I highly recommend him for any facial procedure he knows his stuff... sometimes just caring matters then results are are just s bonus ....

Had a fibroma on my tonsil that was felt every single swallow, almost gag worthy because of it's placement. They are a GREAT team at that office! Dr. Lemckert and his nurse (her name escapes me but I WILL put it in after my follow up) are outstanding! Reception too - again I'll get the name!
Before doctor came in I was asked what kind of info receiver I am; details or overview. Assure that you'll do your part in follow up care (not really applicable to my case, but for a lot of treatments you have to be vigilant with after care or the procedure ends up pointless).
Dr. Lemckert let me know everything he was doing before it was done, although it was a rather unpleasant thing to be dealing with, they made it as easy as possible. Even when I had a mini spazz out about the scope going into nasal cavity after the removal of fibroma; unpleasant but tolerable because of how the doctor and nurse run their procedure. Plus
there was a lot of laughter. Nothing like human connection over anatomy abnormalities!
I, for some reason at a ENT doctor, did not expect him to go into my orifices, lol. I let them know I may not be a good patient all of a sudden. Anxiety totally hit me, but again he explained everything that will happen, how to cope, and as he proceeded he continued to explain and offer suggestions to ease the procedure.
I planted my head against the rest, so I wouldn't be tempted to pull away and did as instructed as procedure unfolded. Both comforted me the whole way and praising my tolerance after; felt like I was 5 years old all of a sudden, just petrified. Also assuring me that I am not the only one who reacts that way to a scope.
Dr. Lemckert put me at ease that he had no concern over the growth; doesn't look alarming. Follow up in a few weeks.
Not exactly fun but all things considered it was okay! Quick, professional and warm; most important!
If I ever need any kind of ENT referral or procedure, I know where I will be going!
