Hamilton Diagnostic Services X-Ray and Ultrasound

I was very impressed at the level of professionalism of all the staff, and especially of the expertise of the technician. He was extremely thorough, I left feeling comfortable that he had not missed anything. After living in Toronto for 25 years, I couldn't get over how much better I was treated here than there.

This team is great. Bridget, the receptionist, was wonderfully helpful and efficient. She helped ensure I was in and out quickly, so as not to miss work. The radiologist was thorough and kind. Everything was clean and neat. Thank you for a positive experience.

I’ve had really upsetting and uncomfortable experiences at Ultrasound clinics in Toronto, and I don’t at all take for granted that getting an ultrasound should be a pleasant experience, but I’ve had nothing but the best service here.

I’ve been to Hamilton Diagnostic Services three times with my current pregnancy. The first visit was on Christmas Eve day when they agreed to see me last-minute before they shut down for the holidays at my doctor’s request when I was having some discomfort. I also went for my routine 7-week dating ultrasound. Most recently I had my 20 week ultrasound.

I saw a different technician with every visit but each was warm and helpful and made the visit really pleasant. The reception was warm, organized and welcoming (Hi Enza!) and I was never made to wait with an uncomfortably full bladder.

My most recent visit is a memory to treasure. We were finding out the gender of our baby. We brought our 3-year-old along, and the technician Marod (I hope I have the spelling right: I didn’t see it written) accommodated our request to whisper the gender into my son’s ear so that he could be the first to know and he could be the one to tell us. Marod was so warm and patient with our son. He showed him the baby on the screen, and gave him a big hug and shook his hand. It was a wonderful moment for all of us, and our kid was glowing. As we left he announced “I’m a big brother!” to everyone in the waiting room.

I’ll continue to bring my ultrasound recs here, and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a clinic.
