My sales representative was Natalie Hargreaves and she is a very supporting person and amazing at her job . When I first meet her, honestly, I was in a panic. I asked her. How do I get ready for the sale? What do I pack (after already packing up half my house and boxes everywhere)? Where do I put everything? What items do I pack away? Yes, I was in a panic. She truly commend me down. She talked me through the process and also got another member of the Golfi team to assist me. We had to do a quick sale of a 100+ year old home as our 95 year old aunt was moving to a nursing home and needed cash from the sale to cover her ongoing expenses. We interviewed 3 local Hamilton brokers and were impressed with not only Dan’s knowledge and professionalism, but also the large team with state of the art  tools, market domination and outreach. We signed the deal with Dan on a Sunday. He made several suggestions that we would not have thought of, such as having an arborist trim the 50 year old tree to allow  the house facade to be visible from the street. We completed the internal clear out and external clean up by the Friday ( before a long weekend). Tuesday and Wednesday , Dan sent in a cleaning and staging crew. Professional photography included drone shots showing yard size and proximity to downtown. The house went live on Thursday afternoon. By Sunday noon - within72 hours, he had over 50 showings and 6 offers. The house was sold Sunday with no conditions  and a 3 week close for over $50,000 over asking!
