I have sent 2-3 of my friends here since my experience with them was so fast, and priced well! I have also sent strangers there via Reddit if anyone is looking for a good auto place :) I should start getting commission on these referrals ;) (kidding).
Very good service and repairs at an affordable cost.
If there was an option to rate Steve & Rick's Auto Service with a 6th star ... it still wouldn't be enough!
For years ... I always felt like the mechanics I went to were hustling me ... and often, they did.
I've never dealt with a more wonderful & honest mechanic ... (and an even better human being) than Steve Tubic.
Couldn't recommend this garage enough.
My truck broke down and wouldn't start. A friend told me to call Steve & Rick's as he heard good things about this place. I called and Steve answered and I told him what had happened. I asked if I could tow it to their shop and he said yes(even though they were busy with other vehicles). I brought it by and it needed a new battery (had original 12 year old battery in it, 2006 Dodge Dakota). It took them less than 30 to give me a call and said it was ready. It had a new quality battery installed. Thanks to both of these guys I was up and running and able to pick up my kids from school without any issues with my truck. They saved the day
They were polite, had great customer service, and quick service. The price was cheap/fair. Very hard to trust certain mechanics nowadays but these two are trustworthy. I would recommend to friends and family for sure.
Steve & Ricks are absolutely amazing!! They take such great care of me and my little mini! They go the extra mile to make sure you understand and are happy with the service, they work hard to save you money, and they are so thoughtful to call and follow up after a repair to make sure everything is working well for you. These guys ROCK! :D
