(January 17, 2019, 12:31 am)Staff were friendly and helpful. The place is very well organized. Prices on books are pretty good. I would compare it to Value Village. Six books cost $27. Books were in good condition. They also sell vintage prints, crafting sets, DVDs and a small selection of CDs. I highly recommend this store for the avid reader. I also love that there is a resident cat and dog. We will be back ????

The River Trading Company started in Toronto on July 31, 2010. We were far from ready. Not all the shelves were set up and our debit maching wasn't installed. But after 4 years, the store transformed into a treasure cove of used books and collectibles. We came to Hamilton on June 6th, 2015.
