Yoga with Jamie

Beautiful girl, doing a beautiful thing! Love the classes, I miss coming. I’m very beginner, and Jamie is one of the hands on instructors, I love this when learning proper movements and position ????

Jamie is an amazing instructor! She not only challenges your body, but also your mind. Jamie encourages you to look within and honour yourself and your well being.

Jamie is lovely. I am somewhat new to yoga and she made me feel comfortable from the start ♡ Her classes challenge me and her teaching is easy to understand. Keep up the great work!!!!

I have gone and seen Jamie on multiple occasions and honestly it is always a great experience! I would recommend Jamie to anyone and everyone! Jamie is very talented and an amazing teacher! If you haven’t already gone to see her, I highly recommend it!!!!!

Jamie is a fantastic teacher! Very calming and really knows how to guide you during class! Definitely a great instructor for those just starting out with yoga!
