Lived in a few Valery managed properties. I have always found the superintendent and the management to be timely and professional. I read some of the comments and i cant help but wonder maybe these people have not contacted the right person for there repairs ? maybe its the superintendent ? but my experience has been good and i would recommend there property's to my friends and family!

I'm currently residing in my second unit owned by Valery Properties and have been pleased with each residence. I moved as a result of requiring a larger unit and have been very happy with my decision. Both my previous Superintendent and my current Superintendent work very hard to keep the buildings clean and have been very helpful with any of my requests. Ownership is visible around the Sites and have always been very friendly when I've seen them. The Rosedale properties have been especially convenient for me as I can walk to most of my personal amenity needs.

i moved into this apartment with my kids in 2017. we like the area. i dealt with the office about some repairs and they were done but one repair i had to speak to the owner about. he was very nice to me and did the repair the day after i talked to him. when i see him walking around i say hi and he always asks how my kids are doing. management is always around and they care.
