(February 5, 2018, 3:15 pm)When we moved into our home, one of the newest windows installed had a broken seal. We noticed a Gentek sticker on it and called to see if they could help repair it. We were told the windows were installed in 2004, and offered to replace the defective window pane for a very small fee to cover the labour.
The installer was fast and our windows are all set for another few decades!
Everyone we were in touch with was very professional, friendly and helpful.
