Marc did an excellent job of addressing the issue I had with the toilet in my main bathroom. Before starting the work, we discussed different options and he explained everything in detail. He also provided several quotes. He did a plumbing camera inspection to ensure there were no problems in the sewer line and also installed a new toilet. He is very knowledgeable, a great communicator and detail oriented with his paperwork. You won’t be disappointed when you work with Marc!

A few weeks ago I fell victim to a frozen water line. Thos R. Birnie & Sons came out the next morning and had my water line flowing in less then twenty minutes. Professional, helpful and quick! Had no water due to frozen pipes. Someone came out right away and looked into the issue - free of charge. While my issue resolved itself without further intervention, I won't hesitate to call again should I need anything in the future.
