A&W Canada

Kim and I love going here for breakfast when we are up early and on the road. They have a very lovely breakfast at a great price. We usually get the bacon and egger sandwiches, deep fried potatoes, and their delicious hot coffee. We like to eat in here because it has a cozy atmosphere with plenty of seating. Restaurant is always kept clean and tidy with friendly, courteous service staff. Washrooms are kept very clean and tidy too. There is plenty of parking in the lot so come on in and try them sometime. Thank you so very much A&W for years of excellent service, delicious food, and great prices.

Never had a bad experience here. I've been doing the A&W for decades. The original Upper James A&W was just up the road a bit, on the same side and they even had car hop service. Those were the days!
Here at the James and Hester location, they're quick and best of all ACCURATE.

Very nice location on UpperJames. It is a bit small but that makes it feel cozy. It is very clean and tidy. The staff is knowledgeable and polite. Went here to try their new Beyind Meat burger and it was great.

The food pretty good, as far as fast food goes, you don't pay very much, if you're a fan of root beer, I'd suggest you try the renoun a&w root beer. They have a new burger called the plant based burger, that tastes like actual meat, but it's healthy, in expensive and vegan friendly. I found that they didn't have horrible service, there's lots of setting space, the employees aren't rude to you, and sometimes you can have a good conversation with some people. I'd definetly recommend it for a quick bit if you're close
