The staff are excellent. Nurse`s were wonderful with two children. Please know they only take 100 no appointments daily. We arrived at 750 am and were 10th in line. The opened registration at 955. Be there early to ensure you get tested. Kids under 4 will not be tested at all. Good luck everyone stay safe

I must say that this place is well organised, the staff there are composed and professionals. Tara went out of her way by making sure that we got our "limbo" covid test results. My husband's test results for some reason, like others got mixed up n sent to another lab not as mine. That means i got mine separately n on time however, my husband who needed his urgently for travel was told to check again the next day! We lost hope and confused! Come next day, Tara was there at it again making phone calls, tirelesly, patient and calm. My husband's results finally was out but guess what, it could not be printed but only faxed! With less time to figure out how to get print out, Tara requested us to comd back after an hour as she tries to get the paperwork faxed or sent to her work email! And at exactly after one hr, we returned with very less hopes and Tara hands over the results to us. Thank you Tara for the wonderful job you and your team are doing during this pandemic.

Got my COVID test here and my appointment was for 12 ... I got there at 11:30 and was done at12:07 ... Was so nervous but she made me feel very comfortable.... Great staff ...

Best to have an appointment. It makes the process efficient and quick and you stay right in your car the entire time. The staff were professional, respectful and friendly. Health card is checked and rechecked to ensure proper identity. The test itself took about 3 seconds and is very tolerable. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time and there were 3 cars ahead of me. I was driving out at the time of my appointment. Overall a satisfactory experience.
