I called Joe at FireplaceFX in Hamilton, Tuesday afternoon. His crew arrived early morning on Wednesday. Evan and Lucas were very professional and thorough. I've had trouble with my fireplace for some time now but it's now running like a charm. It was a pleasure dealing with this company. I would highly recommend them and will call if I run into any problems in the future.

I hired them to install a fireplace in my in laws home. The technician Evan was very Polite, professional and punctual. I would definitely recommend and be using them agian in the future.

Awesome work done by the fireplace FX group. They paid extreme attention to detail and educated me on the process and how to get the most out of my fireplace. They also educated me on how to keep the fireplace clean and tidy so it lasts for a long time. They even spent time on bringing back life in my fireplace. It looks better than when it was bought. We installed a new outdoor fireplace for our backyard. We Visited several fire place centres and were extremely pleased with the customer service we received from Joe at FireplaceFX. We had a specific model we were interested in and Joe was able to deliver. It was great to know that they were able to work with my contractor to coordinate the installation of our unit. The techs who did the installation were kind and courteous. They did a great job, made sure everything was cleaned up and that I was happy before they left.
