(February 23, 2019, 1:44 pm)The guys here are great.... last snow clearing day my plow went down... Even thou they are BOSS dealer installer and I operate a Myers plow they had me come up... The diagnosis was a blown electrical motor... I thought I was doomed.. But they happen to have a replacement for me... Needles to say with in 1-1/2 hr from time in to back on the road they had me up and running and it was an affordable price too ???? ... Big thank you guys

(August 13, 2018, 2:56 pm)So here is how my Monday appointment went at the Hitch Factory. They took me in on time for a 1.5 hour appointment, and were done in 28 minutes. They discovered during the install that my wiring harness was cheaper than they thought and passed on that savings to me. I asked them questions and everyone was polite and knowledgeable and friendly.
Please don't think I'm being sarcastic for this review. The fact of the matter is that good customer service is almost impossible to come by and these guys did it better, faster and cheaper, and were just generally awesome.
Highly recommended. I hope I need more hitches in the future just so I can support their business. -

(June 7, 2018, 7:14 pm)Had my hitch installed for a bike rack two years ago. Bought the pro series Q-slot 4 bike rack. Best buy by far as it doesn't put any stress on the cross bar since it's supported by tires. Back today to have my electrical package added so I can tow a trailer. Love the customer service here! Highly recommend!
