Wentworth Shooting Sports Club

I’ve been a member for around two decades and the people are amazing, feels like home!

The club is a bit dated but the facility is functional. Staff and members are great. That's what makes it awesome.

The hours are not good at this club, compared to any other club. However the staff is friendly and the facility is nice.

Staff is very friendly, supportive, and professional. They're happy to answer questions and are welcoming to new shooters. Safety is always first priority of course. Great hobby, great club, and fantastic people! Highly recommended.

Excellent place, excellent people. Handgun calibres only, meaning you can shoot your rifle if it's chambered in a handgun calibre. 20 yard indoor, heated and ventilated range. Does not have a store on-site as some other clubs do.

Safety course and acquisition of membership is efficient and straight forward. There is a probationary period before you're granted full member status. That can be passed very quickly, just by attending the club and shooting a few targets. Shoot straight, follow all safety rules and listen to the range officers and you'll be in good standing.

The club provides a gateway to competitive shooting disciplines. They host IPSC, bullseye and other competitions. A lot of the members are involved and can answer questions and help enter into the sport. You can even come and watch an IPSC night.
