We'd never had an insurance claim before and in the initial confusion and distress that we faced in the aftermath of the fire, Alicia was very responsive, understanding, clear and professional; she was clear and accurate in assessing the scope and extent of damage and the steps needed for mitigation. Her team was on -site very quickly for the cleanup which was done well and carefully and the subsequent follow-ups, costing and communications were all clear and reasonable. However, today I had to call to resolve a billing issue I had with the previous owner of this home, and the rep I spoke to was fantastic. She was smart and knowledgeable and wrote me a stellar email I could pass along to help fix my problem. She also took the time to clearly explain why the current billing cycle was ‘off’, and why I got a new bill before the previous one was due, easing my angst knowing it wasn’t likely to happen again. If it's a puncture we use a three-way patch from the inside" This is by the way industry standard for a permanent repair as just a plug is a temporary fix.I then knew I was in the right place. After my tire was repaired and balanced in a timely fashion I asked about tires. They did not try to push a tire on me they wanted to sell but asked all the right questions about my driving needs etc. Then said they can supply any tire I desire if i wanted to go that way. I left calm, happy and confident enough to recommend this business to anyone in need of tires or related service and treated honestly and professionally.”

“Wonderful team and great workmanship! I had a dent on the side of an F150 after someone opened their car door into it in a parking lot. The dent was on a body line and a bit tricky but Precision fixed it and it looks like new. No sign there was ever a dent at all! However the person that checked me in -twice- was imo beyond useless and the reason I would hesitate to use this company again. Everyone else was nice, professional and helpful. My check in and rental was less than a one star but the car and the check out staff was 5 star which is why they got the mid rating. If you deal with Chris - ask for someone else. “Got some catering for a work lunch I was hosting. Amazing greek food, with ENDLESS portions. We could have fed 30 people when we ordered food for 16 people. And it was all absolutely delicious. The one critique I would give it is that the chicken was dry for our catering event but every time I go in and get a wrap that has not been the case. Will definitely return soon!”
