I bought an ebike somewhere else and had nothing but trouble.
After 6 months I went in to Electric Avenue and asked Michael for some advice. Without any pressure he diagnosed the problem(s) and sold me the parts. Reasonable price.
The bike was still giving me problems so I brought it to the shop. They fixed ALL the remaining problems within an hour.

I've dealt with the various ebike shops in the last 4 years as I rebuild ebikes as a hobby on my own, and I can say I've had the best service and help when dealing with them. I go to buy a part for a repair and they are quick to advise me about any other part I may need to complete the job, with no pressure to make that purchase.

All said, I've shopped around and Electric Avenue is worth the loyalty!
