I've always preferred this location to have blood work done, as the technicians are pleasant, there is plenty of parking and although it can be busy, the wait time isn't extremely long. Unfortunately, the experience I had this afternoon (1315hrs) with the phlebotomist was THE worst I most likely will encounter. She verified my name and date of birth, which was fine. She had trouble finding a vein and had to switch arms, which was fine. She then asked me, "WHERE ARE YOU FROM ORIGINALLY?". What kind of ignorant question is that?? I told her that I was from Hamilton, Ontario. Obviously this wasn't good enough, because she then asked me, "WHERE ARE YOUR PARENTS FROM?" I'm sorry madam, but are you serious?! Did you ask AN ADULT where her parents are from??? I told her I would not answer her questions. As she worked on the other arm, she asked, "WHERE DO YOU THINK THAT PAINTING BEHIND ME IS OF?". At this point, I was being as polite as possible, because I was completely taken aback from her prejudice. How this woman was hired by Dynacare is mind-boggling, because she has no business working with the public.

Wouldn't go elsewhere!! Sometimes it can be sorta busy but never had a bad experience once with any of the lady's,
I've been there several times. Sometimes it's busy and I have to wait, so bring a project. Or two. Some tests take longer than others. Once in, it tends to go quickly.
