(June 27, 2020, 5:53 pm)As much as I tried to use a local sign company... extremely long response times, lack of response, and yes even ghosting us made it very hard to do so. I was worried using a sign company outside of New York would be even worse.
Adam, the creative director, was incredible -- thorough communication, quick responsiveness, timely design turnarounds, and extensive detailed explanation for our unique installation. The delivery time was also impeccable (something I was also worried about), and pricing was excellent!
They manufacture the signs in-house which also helped our timeline.
Thank you so much Adam for making this aspect of our new cafe PAINLESS!! I'm definitely using him and this company for the second signage project for the side of the building. THANK YOU!!
