I have no idea what that negative review is about .. this company is my go-to for bobcat rentals. I have rented from them many, many times and have always had an exceptional experience. They are super reliable and bring the machine when they say they are going to. There have been times that I needed to extend the rental and they have always tried their best to accommodate me last-minute. The people working there have always been very pleasant to deal with - very friendly and helpful and the machines are top-notch. Never had a problem. I do a lot of renos and construction and deal with A LOT of rental companies and I will only use these guys for my bobcat rentals. And the prices are great too - better than all the other rental companies out there. 5 star all around. I think the negative "reviews" were all written by the same person who was having a bad day since they are all posted "a week ago". You can't go wrong going with these guys.
