Shoeless Joe's Sports Grill

I don't usually write Google Reviews but when an experience is off the chart amazing the staff deserve to know and other customers need to know what to expect. Dined at Shoeless Joe's, Upper James, for lunch today. This place is amazing. The atmosphere is electric. Amazing class rock hits were playing, loud enough to hear while not interfering with conversation. Staff were upbeat, enthusiastic and positive. We were promptly greeted and seated at a great half-booth, where you could see all the action on the amazing HD screens. Our food was delicious, served piping hot exactly as ordered, including some dietary modifications. Staff, including Tom the GM, stopped by to ensure everything was to our liking. Drinks were refilled without asking. The perfect amount of attentiveness. The afternoon scored a touchdown on all counts. Thanks Tom and team for taking the time and care to make our dining experience so amazing. Definitely will be returning. If you haven't been to Shoeless Joe's Upper James, this place is worth a visit, you won't be disappointed.

Stopped in earlier today for lunch before my family and I headed to our cottage up in Port Carling. Great service, and fantastic food! Hoping to see one of these open up by our cottage, it'd be amazing if they did. Thanks for everything Tom!

We hosted my Dad's Celebration of Life at this location yesterday. We rented the top floor and ordered tons of food for our guests. My Dad would have loved it here. Thank you to Tom, Taylor and our amazing servers for making this day extra special and easy to plan. They were super accommodating and made sure everything was perfect and taken care of for all of us. Very easy going and nothing but positive vibes. Our family will be back for food and drinks soon. Very impressed with this location. Modern/relaxing/sporty with a spacious patio upstairs. Staff is on top of things ensuring a welcoming experience. Food was delicious..Will definitely be back! Thanks!

Unique offerings at reasonable prices. Service wasn't exceptional considering the restaurant was not extremely busy, but the was very friendly. Would definitely return to try some of the other interesting menu options.
