It was my first time renting from Hamilton Video & Sound and my experience could not have been any better! Peter and his team were friendly and provided fantastic service. As other reviewers have mentioned, they took the time to understand my budget, what I needed, and made sure that I had the right equipment to make my shoot a success. The staff also gave me a quick overview on equipment settings which was very useful. If you are looking for equipment rentals or A/V services, I highly recommend this place. Outstanding service. The equipment that we rented was top-notch: a battery powered outdoor sound system with microphone, and a video camera, all in perfect condition and professional quality. Even better, though - the staff were so friendly, helpful, and were as invested in the success of our event as we were!

They took the time to run me through every bit of the equipment, to make sure I was fully comfortable with set up, use, and take down, and made sure I was getting the right equipment to meet my needs.
