Loved the benches to sit and wait while the kids browsed. Didn't so much enjoy the ridiculously slow free wifi ????????
All in all, it's your typical ToysRus.

(June 10, 2018, 5:46 am)Went to pickup a birthday gift for a nephew, man I had great memories of the place as a kid but toys r us is just a little run down nowadays.
Other than it looking deserted and a little disordered, it’s fine but I’m sad it’s not what it used to be when I was a kid.
(May 12, 2018, 7:03 pm)We purchased Razor electric scooter ( $300 with tax) and also bought buyer protection plan $32.99 from toysrus. My child drove scooter few weeks and brake stop working and wire broke, no idea how? We opened a claim and spmeone closed our claim without informing us. That was so annoying. Then we opened another claim and they were not helpful at all. They said some parts are covered some are not. In short had stressful snd awful experience. Just a friendly suggestion never buy" Buyer protection plan". It SUCKS!!
Because they have the worst customer sevice & the company which is dealing with buyer protection plan is called "Service Provider" . We had a very bad experience with "Buyer protection plan" and "service providers".
In the end toysrus manager Britney helped us alot. Really thankful to her. She resolved all the issues. 5 star to toysrus customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
